English & Literature 7 - English Syllabus

This course is designed to improve the student's use of both written and spoken English.  Students will enhance their reading comprehension and critical thinking skills through various types of Literature.

This course will take students through the Old Testament in the Bible.  Students will learn to recognize various literary forms in the Bible, from fables to narratives.  Students will reflect on their individual journeys in faith and connect their experience with the lives of the people in the Old Testament.
