Our Philosophy

The Immaculate Heart High School Athletic Department believes that participation on an athletic team is a vital part of the education of an young woman. Being a member of a team provides students with valuable leadership skills, moral and social development, strong sportsmanship ideals and athletic skills.

IHHS prides itself on a strong, comprehensive and very competitive athletic program. Immaculate Heart is a member of the Sunshine League under the California Interscholastic Federation and the Catholic Athletic Association. Participation is encouraged at all grade levels with most sports offering various levels of competition.
