Immaculate Heart High School's Summer Sports Camps are essential for the development of all athletes. As many sports are year-round, we use the summer to work on conditioning skills, strength, agility, proper sport techniques, team building and bonding experiences. It is a great way for returning athletes to improve their skills and maintain their fitness over the summer, and it provides an excellent opportunity for incoming freshmen to get to know their teammates as well as the coach. By the end of the summer, athletes will be ready to return to their teams, or join new ones.
All pages of the Student Physical Form must be submitted, with a doctor's signature where indicated, on or before beginning any training session. All other forms must be completed by the first day of camp. See sidebar for required forms.
