Please complete the appropriate Information Request Form.
If you have already completed the Information Request Form you DO NOT need to complete the form again. Please proceed to STEP 2 as you are already in our system.
Obtain your login information. Please click here to retrieve your username and password
Click "Forgot login or First time logging in?" link below the "login" button.
Enter the primary email address.
Check the “Username” and “Password” boxes. Username is typically the first name and last name with no spaces (For example: JanePanda).
You will receive two follow up emails:
- Email Subject: Username Request
This email will provide you with your username.
- Email Subject: Password Reset URL
This email will provide instructions on setting a password.
Complete and submit your application. Please click here to access the online application
Login using the username that was emailed to you and the password you set.
Click on your daughter’s name on the top left corner and view the “Checklist” under “Admissions Progress”. Click on the “Fill Out” button to start the online application.
To view if Immaculate Heart has received your daughter’s application paperwork, you will need to log in, click on your daughter’s name on the top left corner, and view the “Checklist” under “Admissions Progress”.
