Online Application Instructions

STEP 1
Please complete the appropriate Information Request Form.

If you have already completed the Information Request Form you DO NOT need to complete the form again. Please proceed to STEP 2 as you are already in our system. 


STEP 2
Check your email for login instructions on how to activate your online account.   Once you have created and confirmed a password you can continue to Step 3.

STEP 3
Complete and submit your application.

Click on your daughter’s name in the top left corner and view the “Checklist” under “Admissions Progress”. Click on the “Fill Out” button to start the online application.

Note: If you have forgotten your password

1. Click here to go to the login window.
2. Enter your email address as your username.
3. Click "Next".
4. Click “Forgot Password?”

To check the status of your child's Immaculate Heart application paperwork, you will need to log in, click on your daughter’s name in the top left corner, and view the “Checklist” under “Admissions Progress”.
