Panda Parent Association
The Panda Parent Association, formerly known as the Panda Parent Council, is Immaculate Heart’s inclusive parent organization dedicated to fostering a strong partnership between families and our school. Open to all parents and guardians, the association provides a welcoming space for families to stay engaged, share ideas, and have a voice in enhancing the student experience. Through volunteer opportunities, events, and meaningful initiatives, the Panda Parent Association plays an essential role in building community, supporting school programs, and enriching the lives of our students. All are welcome, and we encourage every parent to get involved!

08/14 - Wine & Cheese New Parent Orientation
No Registration Needed. (Adults Only!) Connect with fellow IH parents and gain key insights to help you and your student get ready for the Immaculate Heart journey! This is for all 6th grade, all 9th grade, and transfer students in other grades. -
08/18 - 7th Grade Ice Cream Social
7th grade students and families are invited to drop by our Ice Cream Social at Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, located at 1954 Hillhurst Avenue (90027) on Monday, Aug. 18 from 3:30-5 PM! Connect with fellow Pandas and enjoy our signature flavor, the Panda Bear Hug! This is a pay-your-own-way event, and 25% of proceeds will go back to support Immaculate Heart.

08/23 - Back to School BBQ
Click here to register! (All welcome) Let’s kick off the new school year Panda-style! Gather your family, bring your appetite, and join us for a joyful evening of food, fun, and community connection. This annual tradition is one of our favorite ways to welcome students, parents, coaches, faculty, and staff back to campus, while raising funds for our student-athletes! Last year this event sold out, so be sure to get your tickets ASAP!

09/04 - HS Back to School Night
No Registration Needed. All High School families welcome! Doors open at 6pm. -
09/10 - PPA General Meeting
No registration required. Join us for our only full group PPA meeting of the year! This event will be on campus. More information will be released as we get closer to the event. -
09/20 - Parent Social
Click here to register! (Adults Only!) Take in the breathtaking views of downtown Los Angeles from our very own cafeteria during our Parent Social on Saturday, September 20, 2025. As the sun sets and the stars begin to shine, enjoy an evening with fellow parents and caregivers featuring jazz tunes, fresh salads and wood‑fired pizza from Saucy, and a selection of wine and beer. It’s the perfect way to connect, relax, and celebrate our community together while enjoying the best view in LA.

10/24 - The WALK
Volunteer Registration will be released as we get closer to the event. Our WALK is our major fundraiser of the year. Each student will have their own page to collect donations from their personal community. On the day of our event, we will walk a historic path along the Hills of Los Feliz to honor those donations. There will be many volunteer opportunities available. These spaces do fill up, so sign up quick!
