How to Apply
Follow the steps below to submit your application to Immaculate Heart!
- Begin your online application HERE.
- Submit non-refundable application fee of $115.
- Request supplemental materials:
- You will be prompted within the application to submit requests for both transcripts and recommendations, which will then be auto-generated by our system.
- Complete required exams:
- Grades 6-8: A completed application will automatically register students for our entrance exam on January 16, 2027.
- Grade 9: A completed application will automatically register students to take the HSPT at Immaculate Heart on January 23, 2027.
- Attend interview:
- Grades 6-8: Interviews will be scheduled by our Admissions team following acceptance.
- Grade 9: Interviews will be held on January 30, 2027, and will be scheduled at the discretion of our Admissions team following submission of a complete application. Note: students who submit by our December 1st priority deadline will be guaranteed an interview.
