Students come to school using a variety of methods, including parent drop-off and pick-up, carpooling, private bus transportation, public transportation, as well as walking.

Bus Information

Due to the distance learning measures that are in place because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to offer the transportation program for the 2020-2021 academic year.

In the past, Immaculate Heart has offered one-way and round trip bus service in the following areas:
  • Pasadena and Glendale
  • Ladera Heights, Mid-City, Miracle Mile and Hancock Park
  • Van Nuys, Sherman Oaks, North Hollywood, and Studio City
The administration will revisit the transportation program at the end of the 2020-2021 school year. Other routes may be available in the future depending on parent interest.

IMMACULATE HEART ATTRACTS TALENTED & HIGHLY MOTIVATED STUDENTS WHO ARE TRULY REPRESENTATIVE OF THE RELIGIOUS, ETHNIC & SOCIOECONOMIC DIVERSITY OF THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES & ITS SURROUNDING AREAS, SOME AS FAR AS 40 MILES AWAY.
A Catholic, independent college preparatory school for girls in grades 6 through 12, Immaculate Heart has been located on a beautiful hillside property in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles since our founding by the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1906. We celebrate more than a century of nurturing the spiritual, intellectual, social and moral development of students as they distinguish themselves as women of great heart and right conscience.
