What school tradition shows the spirit of the Immaculate Heart school community best to you?
Welcome Day! Each year, the students showcase their talents, creativity & school spirit as we welcome the newest members of the school community.

What is your favorite thing to order from the Panda Cafe?
I love the breakfast burritos! They are filling & nutritious & the best after a morning run before arriving on campus.

What is the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the words “The WALK”?
I am going to run!

What do you love about the all-girls environment at Immaculate Heart?
In an all-girls school, one never hears that women can't or won't do something. If they hear that women haven't done something, their response is to go out there & do it!

What is special about an Immaculate Heart graduate?
The Immaculate Heart graduate is confident & well-prepared to face challenges & conquer obstacles. She has been trained to think critically & question liberally. When you encounter an IH alum, you just know that she is your sister.

What is something special about working at Immaculate Heart?
At IH I am surrounded by enthusiastic learners, passionate teachers & incredibly dedicated staff members. Each day is different & I always learn something new.

What advice would you give to students looking at Immaculate Heart?
It is important to be in a place where you feel like you can be yourself & where others know you & challenge you to be the very best version of that person. IH does that for me every day.

A Catholic, independent college preparatory school for girls in grades 6 through 12, Immaculate Heart has been located on a beautiful hillside property in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles since our founding by the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1906. We celebrate more than a century of nurturing the spiritual, intellectual, social and moral development of students as they distinguish themselves as women of great heart and right conscience.
