What is your favorite lesson to cover and why?
My favorite lesson is anything that involves group participation and hearing from the students.

What is your favorite Immaculate Heart tradition?
On Class Day, I enjoy watching the juniors rush to the senior section in the auditorium after the seniors process across the stage.

How did you know you wanted to be a teacher?
I knew that I wanted to be a teacher because my mother and grandmother were both amazing teachers who were passionate about the profession and showed that it was a rewarding, albeit underappreciated, endeavor.

Describe something interesting about your experience of being a teacher at Immaculate Heart.
Everybody at Immaculate Heart has been warm and welcoming — from the staff to the faculty to the student body.

A Catholic, independent college preparatory school for girls in grades 6 through 12, Immaculate Heart has been located on a beautiful hillside property in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles since our founding by the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1906. We celebrate more than a century of nurturing the spiritual, intellectual, social and moral development of students as they distinguish themselves as women of great heart and right conscience.
